Connecticut Law Review Volume 46 – Fall 2013 Symposium

Volume 46 of the Connecticut Law Review is proud to announce the topic for its Fall 2013 Symposium:  The Second Amendment and Gun Control.  We will explore the history of the Second Amendment, current legal trends in the area of gun control, and what to expect as we move forward from the recent tragedies in Connecticut and across the country.  Participants will examine the many facets of this issue, including the balance of the Second Amendment with other individual rights as well as regulation at the state and federal levels.  Details forthcoming.  We hope you can join us to engage in this meaningful dialogue.
