I plan to post something later today about the Second Inaugural if the President says anything interesting. If not, I’ll post about my forthcoming paper on the Obama Administration’s place in the cycle of constitutional change.
UPDATE: I liked the line “For history tells us that while these truths may be self-evident, they have never been self-executing.” Also, the line about entitlements was interesting.
