    That is not the Wal-Mart v Dukes that I read which deals with employment discrimination class actions.

    Mike, my apologies. I meant to link to American Elec. Power Co. v. Connecticut, another opinion that Justice Ginsburg authored today, not Wal-Mart v. Dukes. I corrected the link above.
