    I think a comment to another post in the past few months complained that too much time is spent on insider trading cases in Corporations class. The points you raise are a good justification for the weight given to the topic, and why the time spent might not be enough.

    Lawyers got arrested for insider trading during the 1970s and 1980s too, but still some people never learn. Maybe it’s like what someone said about sex: each generation thinks they’re the first to discover it.
