@John–thanks for the tip re: pollster.com. I’ll definitely have to remember to add it to my election night rotation next year and maybe my RSS before then. It looks like a great site.

I was doing the update flitter, too, until I remembered Al Qaeda Threat Still Stands- Saudi Official">Pollster.com. The site, run by professional pollsters, was providing live updates, almost along the lines of ICQ. I think that's the place to go for election coverage.
