I am 100 pages into Caro's book. I am also following the health care reform debate closely. I am really curious about how the rules of the current Senate will shape the debate. What are the current rules on filibusters? What did the talk earlier in the year about getting the bill through with a simple majority mean? Where does one go to understand the rules that will in the end decide the fate of this important legislation?

By the way, I travel extensively to out of the way places. Not only are we the only developed country to not offer health care to all our citizens, but we lag behind even the less developed world where travelers are able to get health care without having to come with $1000 in hand.
