		<description>I think you should also note that Pinella&#039;s 0-5 day is only slightly worse than Judge Sotomayor&#039;s overall record for her decisions going before the Supreme Court. Even her biggest hit (Knight vs. Commissioner) was more akin to the hitter being credited for a double when the ball falls untouched in the middle of four fielders. Seriously, if all anyone knew about these cases was that Judge Sotomayor wrote one of the decisions being appealed and the Ninth Circuit had the other four, even Vegas would have been reluctant to bet with the &quot;environment&quot; on this parlay.</description>
