I've had these same thoughts, and you clarified them for me. This blog would be helpful to the public (those who still read) in newspapers, although I'm concerned that the majority is so polarized in thought that looking at another viewpoint is not possible. Your thinking remains clear, logical and compassionate; I'm privileged to be part of that. Very scholarly, Frank, but at the same time understandable for those of us who aren’t economists. I’ve had these same thoughts, and you clarified them for me.
