		<description>I just can&#039;t get too worked up by all of this - the early adopters will be those who can do so with minimum disruption and many will want to because it will streamline their financial reporting into one coherent set of accounting principles. Others, for which IFRS offers no real benefit, will rightfully resist until IFRS/GAAP have morphed into indistinguishable principles/policies and this isn&#039;t just seen as some PC move to be better world citizens.
