How do LAWYERS use blogs? (BLEG)

  1. I use blogs to help me think over points, especially when working on motions for summary judgment. I try to win at least 14 to 16 of those a year, and blogs tend to let me mull things over. At least as a consumer of legal blogs. Some work better than others, and I find them light enough that they work just right.

    There is a value and a use for light legal writing, at least for me. It is part of how I relate to my ADD issues and I use the legal writing as a structuring filter.
