Please, we have enough embarrassments as it is - Lincoln Chafee is no longer even a RINO (and good riddance). ...and as to Sen. Gramm's influence on de-regulation - well, good for him. He should be proud of any credit he can take toward achieving a more de-regulated society. We all have our villains in this - a compare and contrast of Sen. Gramm's general deregulatory impulses and, for example, Rep.
