		<description>No, this is a giant leap forward for irresponsibility.  The side with the privilege to protect should bear the costs of inadvertant waiver.  By separating those who get the value from those who do the work to protect it, you ensure inefficiencies.  This is a bad, bad idea.

Seriously, why should i have to deal with your screw up?  Why shouldn&#039;t you suffer for it?  Then, maybe you just won&#039;t screw up.
