		<description>did you hear about the case in austria where a convicted sex offender had imprisoned his daughter for 24 years and had 7 children with her? in austria they eliminate records after 10 years and the authorities in this case may have been able to solve this case had they known that this individual was a sex offender  --- lets keep this from happening here - more information is better!
