Introducing Guest Blogger Paul Ohm

It is my pleasure to introduce Professor Paul Ohm, who is returning for another guest visit.
Paul is an Associate Professor at the University of Colorado Law School. He specializes in computer crime law, as well as Internet regulation, criminal procedure, intellectual property, and information privacy. Paul received a JD from UCLA and both a BS in Computer Science and a BA in Electrical Engineering from Yale. He clerked for the Honorable Betty Binns Fletcher of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Honorable Mariana Pfaelzer of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. After clerking, he served for four years as a federal prosecutor in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section. Prior to law school, he worked as a computer programmer and systems administrator for the RAND Corporation.

I second Orin’s proposal, although I wouldn’t mind hearing Eck talk about the SCA, too. And it’s nice to catch up with you guys in this semi-private chat room!
