		<description>that is an interesting analysis.  do you think there is an argument that a tribal court would have jurisdiction over a product liability suit where the accident occurred on the reservation to a tribal member?  or would the inherent unfair nature of tribal courts make it unfair to the non member manufacturer?</description>
