		<description>I&#039;d say any real tax lawyer would have to pick section 61.  It is the ur, the alpha and omega.

But, on the other hand, section 61 is long and I&#039;m a wuss about needles.  I&#039;ll have to go with section 107 -- because it&#039;s short and rarely amended, and because I appreciate it as a fable about political economy.
