Pasquale’s posts I can deal with. This I can’t.
On behalf of me and my blogroll, goodbye.

One of the repealed sections — least pain from the tattooing process.

Can we pick from historical codes? From, say, twenty years ago, before we returned to the imperial tradition of aristocratic inheritance?

Probably 5841. It’s a great conversation starter.

No question about it. Section 4999. Because it’s something to which one can aspire, particularly with a gross-up agreement.

I’d say any real tax lawyer would have to pick section 61. It is the ur, the alpha and omega.
But, on the other hand, section 61 is long and I’m a wuss about needles. I’ll have to go with section 107 — because it’s short and rarely amended, and because I appreciate it as a fable about political economy.
Isn't it obvious? - July 15, 2008 at 6:48 pm

Can I have a tramp stamp pointing to what the 16th Amendment may kiss?
