Wow. I really thought you had mentioned soemthing when I noted Moynihan&#039;s book. Then again I may nothave mentioned it and have lost the plot here.

As always thanks for the book tips. Bok&#039;s book is another great recommendation. I have not looked at Ekman&#039;s but will check it out.
