Over on the "hard" science side of the aisle, I don't think I've ever seen any comparable hack of <a href="http://arXiv.org/" rel="nofollow">the arXiv</a>. Then again, who stands to gain by claiming credit for a preprint that (hopefully) has gone on to a real peer-reviewed journal? Something is rotten in the state of.. wait, Helsinki’s in Finland, innit?
