Law Review about 10 minutes ago and wanted to memorialize my comments in writing. Kristen A. Williams is not listed in the California Bar list of attorneys, though there is a Kristen Lynch Williams listed. A "Take Action" item on www.drugpolicy.org asks us to contact New Mexico State Senators for support of legislation which would require prospective employers to wait until the final interview before inquiring about the nature of a criminal conviction. I faxed the one page COMMENT printed off of your web site to every New Mexico State Senator listed on the "Take Action" of www.drugpolicy.org, about an hour ago, and called each New Mexico State Senator for support of adopting the language of New Jersey Statutes Annotated 2C:51-1 which prohibits discrimination against ex-offenders as a model law I suggest should be adopted in most States; I didn't mention that there is a paucity of case law construing N.J.S.A. 2C:51-1. I also faxed same COMMENT yesterday, when I first learned about same article to the local New Jersey legislators and New Jersey State Assemblywoman Bonnie Watson-Coleman [who is probably the most prolific New Jersey legislator introducing Bills which would smooth the transition of ex-offenders back into the community and help them get jobs]. I also told the young lady that if I adquire the wealth I would be interested in attending U.C.L.A.. I do have a Diploma in Paralegal from New York University, in 2003; A Diploma in Truck Driving, from www.smithsolomon.com, in 1995; and a B.A. in Political Science, from Kean College Of New Jersey [now named Kean University], in 1987; Am a member of www.mpp.org, www.canorml.org, and www.njcitizensforimmigrationcontrol.com. I hope you support the California State Assemblyman Ammiano's legislation to legalize, regulate, and tax Cannabis "Marijuana", for the reasons expressed in www.prohibitioncosts.org and the law review article posted on the world wide web entitled ARE COPS CONSTITUTIONAL?. It would also SHOW RESPECT FOR THE CALIFORNIA STATE CONSTITUTION, which the Marxist government schools do not teach, including JURY RIGHTS, the UTILITY OF KEEP AND BEAR ARMS, and other matters which render government schools part of the problem rather than part of the solution!!
