		<description>I agree with Chuck Wilsker&#039;s comments - “The problem is that there’s no uniformity in the federal government. There’s nobody who says, ‘this is the way it’s going to be for everybody,’” [the president and CEO of the Telework Coalition] says. “I think it’s going to take either a catastrophe or some real strength from the top, to push this thing down.”

The delema is that we do not have a method to gather and review innovative approaches and new models for workforce deployment. The individual agencies and departments cannot architect solutions beyond &#039;work from home&#039; or &#039;stop in centers&#039;. A more holistic approach must have economies of scale, permanent workforce deployment (for a percentage of federal workers) and secure/dedicated infrastructure networking multiple strategically located sites.

This infrastructutre approach does require changing &quot;There’s nobody who says, ‘this is the way it’s going to be for everybody,’&quot; by providing specific, well thought out alternative approaches.
