The Singing Contracts Prof
Things that I as of yet lack the confidence to do in my classroom. (And as a bonus, there is a longer version.)
Needless to say, however, I think that NPR has demonstrated its utter lack of insight by suggesting that contracts is tedious.

In Business Associations last semester, I taught Minzer v. Henchy, a case about a merger deal involving the Greater New York Savings Bank. For no good reason, I started to sing the GNYSB jingle, which I remembered from radio commercials years ago. My poor students thought I had totally lost it! I plan to do it again in Employment Law this Spring, but can't decide between "Workin' in a Coal Mine" and "9 to 5".

Tom Pettit is not alone.
My colleague Harry Flechtner, who performs locally as a bluegrass guitarist and bass player, has been serenading his Contracts students for years and years. A couple of years ago, he "released" a single about commercial law -- with original words and music. It's the CISG song. You can listen here.
