I always think of myself as a moderate surrounded by conservatives! Or perhaps I'm reading too many liberal blogs... seriously, Orin Kerr has some good stuff on VC questioning the whole continuum. He makes a lot of sense on it...one's view of the "center" is inevitably subjective, depending on one's politics. “over-whelmingly liberal blog”?

Somehow, I don't think Sunstein would agree with me about the grave danger this poses to academic work.
