seriously, Orin Kerr has some good stuff on VC questioning the whole continuum.  He makes a lot of sense on it...one&#039;s view of the &quot;center&quot; is inevitably subjective, depending on one&#039;s politics.

		<description>I&#039;ve been complaining for quite a while that certain  lawyers get an extremely distorted view of the world due to the bubble of privilege that they&#039;re in. Somehow, I don&#039;t think Sunstein would agree with me about the grave danger this poses to academic work.
