Chief Justice Marshall's reasoning was sound; I will write my state rep and press to have the law amended. Though it doesn't help that the ACLU of Massachusetts, which had filed an amicus curiae in the case, does not list any proposed legislative reform relevant to this case on its <a href="http://acluma.convio.net/site/PageServer" rel="nofollow">action page</a>.
