		<description>Legislative offices should not have everyone in one office along with people waiting to speak with caseworkers to discuss privacy conerns.  They have no cubicles and not offices.  3 Desks and waiting chairs all in one room.  Isn&#039;t that a violation of privacy for constituents?

		<description>Good point in this and subsequent post. Chief Justice Marshall&#039;s reasoning was sound; I will write my state rep and press to have the law amended. Though it doesn&#039;t help that the ACLU of Massachusetts, which had filed an amicus curiae in the case, does not list any proposed legislative reform relevant to this case on its &lt;a href=&quot;http://acluma.convio.net/site/PageServer&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;action page&lt;/a&gt;.
