		<description>The Montana Supreme Court has adopted neutral citation. The third case of 2007 would be cited 2007 MT 3, and pinpoints are by paragraph number. I think they add the paragraph numbers automatically after they finish writing. The opinions still read like regular prose, not the stilted list of paragraphs sometimes found in a trial court or agency&#039;s &quot;findings of fact and conclusions of law.&quot;
