Two Angry Blogs, One Fun IP Dispute
Eric Turkewitz has a good post highlighting a budding IP dispute dispute between the Angry Pharmacist and newcomer The Angriest Pharmacist. Eric wonders whether there are remedies available, perhaps in the WIPO arbitration process? I imagine that strong evidence in that dispute would be Angriest's admission that s/he "semi-jacked" Angry's name, and assertion that Angry is going to have simply "cope" with it.
