Isn’t he the guy who shot plaintiffs’ expectations into the stratosphere in “A Civil Action”? Maybe he should think a little more about raises and calls during litigation.

There are a handful of professors whose thoughts on effectively lawyering I took seriously. (Most obviously, David Rosenberg.) Charles Nesson assuredly is not among them.
