I have a Civil Stalking Protection Order against a non-family member. They have 14days to file an objection with the Franklin County Common Pleas Court; otherwise, it will be in full effect for 1 year.

My problem is, is that:

1. He signed certified mail receipt stating he lives two houses away from me–this was the court summons for our hearing date. The temporary CSPO was for 20 feet because I thought he lived next door to me. His signature was all the proof I needed to get the distance changed from 20 feet to 75 feet. I am a soft hearted person and did not feel comfortable evicting him.

2. He never showed up in court and I had a copy of the certified mail receipt showing “good service” was made. The magistrate/judge proceeded with the hearing. I presented my evidence and I was granted my CSPO.

3. He then gets thrown out of his home (two houses away from me) and moved next door to me (into is grandmothers house); which, is a violation of the protection order. He must stay 75 feet away from me at all times.

4. Everytime I call the police they give me grief saying that he lives next door and that their are photos of him on the walls their…etc. This is his grandmothers house–of course their are photos of him. Their are photos of me at my aunts, mothers, sisters, and uncles homes….but that does not mean I live their!!

What can I do to have this protection order ENFORCED!!??
