If the employer doesn&#039;t support the employee&#039;s off work activities it&#039;s discrimination? Or is she saying that women should be held to lower standards?

Not sure what Prof Williams thinks &quot;discrimination&quot; means, but I&#039;m sure it doesn&#039;t mean what she thinks it means.
