This is supposed to be “great?” Oh my gosh. Prof Williams’ theory makes no sense. “Outdated masculine norm” my foot.

If the employer doesn’t support the employee’s off work activities it’s discrimination? Or is she saying that women should be held to lower standards?

Not sure what Prof Williams thinks “discrimination” means, but I’m sure it doesn’t mean what she thinks it means.
