It’s a real pleasure to be here blogging for a spell with my friend (and erstwhile co-author) Dave, Dan Filler, Kaimi, and the other CO bloggers. I plan to post about the Parker v. D.C. litigation and some other topics relating to firearms law and policy. In addition, I think we can all agree that one thing critically lacking in the law-prof blogosphere is armchair Supreme Court commentary, so I hope to remedy that lack as well. And doubtless some less nutritious topics before the month is out.
