There are two rules to making these kinds of parody songs:
(1) They must be funny.
(2) If Rule 1 does not apply, they suck and are excruciating.
This is as clear a Rule 2 case as I have seen in quite some time.

Needs a stronger middle 8. Kept waiting for a bass line to appear. Harmony in thirds generally not appropriate for music parody. Needed more legal jargon. However … great stuff to forward to people you want to annoy / confuse.
