I’d like to take a quick moment to thank Dan for inviting me to guest blog. Readers, please bear with me, as I’m a rookie blogger. Nevertheless, I hope to take advantage of the freedom provide by this platform to muse (speculate?) about a wider range of subjects than I’ve published about as an academic.
