Housing Bargains in London
In the annals of the ridiculous comes this story about a London flat that measures 11ft by 7ft -- a total of 77 square feet.
It has no lighting. And it needs extensive renovations. The real estate agent can't come up with a better way of describing it other than "incredibly depressing."
So how much is it worth? The answer is after the break.
The price: £170,000 -- about $335,000 US dollars.
Maybe David Bernstein at the VC might be interested in buying it.
