I can&#039;t change the poll after it is launched, but by  writing about Meredith, I intended to sweep in both primary school race cases.

		<description>The greatest legal challenge in the system today mid-October 2006? The Cobell v Kempthorne appeal of the DC Circuit Court of Appeals reassignment of Judge Lamberth. If the Supreme Court rejects the appeal, it opens up the potential of many continuing challenges to Federal judges who get exasperated with either side. If SCOTUS accepts the appeal, it will make for some very interesting argument.
