Well, I better do some homework, as I’m not familiar with all these cases: could I get the requisite info. at SCOTUS blog?

The greatest legal challenge in the system today mid-October 2006? The Cobell v Kempthorne appeal of the DC Circuit Court of Appeals reassignment of Judge Lamberth. If the Supreme Court rejects the appeal, it opens up the potential of many continuing challenges to Federal judges who get exasperated with either side. If SCOTUS accepts the appeal, it will make for some very interesting argument.
“I suggest adding a reference to Parents Involved in Community Schools v Seattle District to the Meredith reference. Some who are familiar with one are not aware of its companion case, and the voting may be affected by this omission.”
I can’t change the poll after it is launched, but by writing about Meredith, I intended to sweep in both primary school race cases.
