In the case of In re Spears, he ruled that the filing of a bankruptcy claim by a husband automatically ended the couple&#039;s title by entireties. He was overruled by the District Judge. He will undoubtedly be overruled on this one as well.

I think Hughes just likes making a big splash and getting his name in the legal papers.
