Isn’t the DOD funded via Congress? This makes it look autonomous.

thanks for the link…imagine the public display of outrage if more people knew just how much we are wasting on NEA and Public TV & Radio….obviously, the military, as one of the few recognized bright spots of competency at the federal level (as well as one of the few things the federal government s/b responsible for), deserves a bigger share of the pie…I’m writing my representatives.
