Welcome

What do you get when you combine an astounding 33 female law professors and a blog? You get Feminist Law Professors, a meta-group blog that looks to be a must-read. The blog looks like it is mostly an Ann Bartow creation, but the sidebar credits include a number of very interesting names. Welcome to the blogosphere, FLP!

Kaimi,
I’ve just been informed that not all the law professors listed on the blog are female. Feminist, but not female. I always knew you were sexist. And I copied your post, so I’m a sexist plagiarist.

Hi, and thanks for the plug.
Feminist Law Professors, the blog, is a bit different than a lot of law prof blogs in existence so far. Any law prof who self-identifies as a feminist and wishes to be listed in the blog roll will become part of the community. E-mail: feministlawprof@yahoo.com if you’d like to be included.
For now, CFPs, conference listings, book and article announcements, and anything else relevant to the feminist law prof community can be e-mailed to feministlawprof@yahoo.com for posting.
At the moment it’s a bit of a feminist collective hybrid – wish us luck! And thanks for the support!

Does that invitation include pro-life feminist law profs, or just those that are pro-choice?

If you are a law professor, and you consider yourself a feminist, and you have a sincere interest in participating, e-mail me as instructed above.
