This is perhaps most aptly demonstrated by &lt;i&gt;Kyllo&lt;/i&gt; - was &lt;i&gt;Kyllo&lt;/i&gt; a conservative decision because it was reached through a conservative methodology, or a liberal decision because it reached a conclusion antithetical to conservative social views?
