The Volokh Conspiracy has mysteriously disappeared . . . probably something nefarious in response to Orin Kerr’s criticism of the NSA surveillance program. In all seriousness, I’m informed by a Volokh-conspirator that the Volokh Conspiracy will be back up and running soon.

Actually, it’s still there… you just have to enter “www.volokh.com”… I suspect they have moved their host, and the new host doesn’t have the aliasing for their domain set up correctly.

As best I know, our admin guy is in the process of reconstructing things, and we shold be fully functional soon. Maybe it’s a sign that I should be blogging less and grading more….
