On your joke about Bernstein's daughter, the Onion got there first: Bush Nominates First-Trimester Fetus to Supreme Court. I don't really get your joke, though, since Miers is already 60 years old, no spring chicken.

As for your conspiracy theory about Rove, you seem to be like many people on the Left, who think that Rove is some mastermind puppeteer, and that if anything ever goes wrong for Bush it is either because Rove had a cold that day or he really planned it this way and it isn't what we think. Give me a break.
