		<description>Harry Reid is anti-Roe.  Why would this change his mind?  Reid already suggested that Bush name Mel Martinez to the Court, and Martinez would certainly overturn Roe--but he would oppose tort reform, and the Democrats these days are more concerned about trial lawyers than social liberalism.

		<description>If conservatives go for this they are short sighted.  I hate one issue voters.  There are lots of other cases that might come before the court that are relevant to conservatives.
